Un classico della cucina italiana, gli spaghetti, arricchito da preziosi ingredienti, tra i quali i pinoli. Semplici da preparare e ottimi da mangiare. Tritare la cipolla finemente (bianca o di tropea), lavare bene la rucola e i pomodori, questi vanno tagliati a pezzettini.

Fase 2
Preparare il soffritto: rosolare in una pentola antiaderente la cipolla, aggiungere 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva e i pinoli. Unire i pomodori tagliati a pezzetti che avete preparato in precedenza e metà della rucola anch’essa precedentemente tagliata. Far cuocere tutto per circa 5 minuti.

Fase 3
Lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua salata e una volta cotta (preferibilmente al dente) passarla in padella insieme al preparato della fase 2. Impiattare la pasta aggiungendo la rucola come decorazione per rendere il piatto ancora più invitante. E a chi piace, grattugiare sopra del buon parmigiano reggiano.

Et voilà il piatto è pronto per essere servito. Un primo semplice ma allo stesso tempo ricercato con l’aggiunta dei pinoli, pomodori e rucola, un trionfo di sapori mediterranei.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″
