Inoltre nella prossima ricetta presenterà le olive all’ascolana, altra tipica prelibatezza culinaria targata Marche, in particolare Ascoli Piceno. La ricetta delle Pesche dolci non è difficile ma ci vuole tanta pazienza e tempo per prepararle e darle anche quella forma che somiglia appunto alla pesca. La grandezza potete sceglierla voi, più saranno grandi più il tempo di cottura aumenta. Montare le uova con lo zucchero. Nel frattempo far sciogliere in un pentolino il burro. A questo punto unire le uova montate con lo zucchero al burro fuso, alla farina, al lievito e al latte, tutto insieme. Lavorare gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeno. La farina si deve bene amalgamare insieme al resto degli ingredienti. Poi far riposare l’impasto in frigorifero per circa 30 minuti.

Fase 2
Creare 40 palline tutte uguali dal peso di circa 40 grammi. Quindi infornarle per 13/14 minuti a 160 gradi. Finito il tempo di cottura, scavarle e immergerle nell’alchermes. Farcirle una per una con la nutella. Infine unire due palline per andare a realizzare la forma tipica della peschetta farcita alla nutella. Per renderle ancora più buone passarle nello zucchero.
